Drug Offender Education Program TDSHS #1381

Who needs to attend.

This 15 hour drug education class is required by the state of Texas to regain a driver’s license in the event of a drug possession offense. The DOEP is an excellent education course even if a driver's license is not the objective.  Consider taking or recommending this class to bolster drug awareness, preempt a problem, or address non-compliance.  Upon completion, participants will have developed an action plan to reduce the probability of facing consequences of future drug use.

This 15-hour program has five sessions and costs $95.

These classes fill quickly, so pre-paying and pre-registration is advised to reserve a spot. Classes start promptly at 6pm . Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes early on the first day, or make prior arrangements to complete the required pre-class information!
